The term of the support and maintenance shall be for 3 years initially with the option to extend at the same service level for further periods up to two additional years (1 year and 1 year) at the sole discretion of the Authority. The costs for this would be a pro rata of the initial term and cannot be uplifted higher than the relevant year's CPI.
