Award of a Call-Off Contract under the Prison Education Dynamic Purchasing System for a Construction Skills Certificate Scheme (CSCS) course for Prisoners at HMP Lancaster Farms. Prisoners will be trained and work to achieve CSCS Level 2 Award in Construction Health and Safety, including the Construction Skills Certification Scheme (CSCS) card.
