I welcome the announcement from my right hon. Friend, particularly the suspension of import tariffs on more than 100 food and drink staples. I know that my constituents across Stourbridge, Brierley Hill and Netherton have been struggling with the cost of a weekly shop. Following the Environment Act 2021, all councils in England were required to introduce food waste collections and improved kerbside recycling by April this year.
