Great to join Andrew MacBean and the team at St Patrick’s Sports Academy and hear about the exciting plans they have to develop a new community/sports hub in Viewpark. This project has the potential to be absolutely transformative and provide a tremendous local resource.

An insightful visit to @maggieslanarks along with @katrinamurray71. The centre provides free support for people living with cancer and their families, inc counselling, benefits advice & wellbeing activities. Thanks to the team for the exceptional work they do across Lanarkshire.

The Peter Murrell scandal has highlighted fundamental failings in the culture, structure and systems within the SNP - and taxpayers’ money (through an Electoral Commission grant) could have been included in the embezzlement. It is clear there needs to be a full investigation.

Well done to Mark and all at @MSFoundationMND on their excellent charity football match (and loads more activities) at Rockburn today - bringing the community together to raise funds for the Foundation and the fight for a cure for MND. It was great to stop by earlier 👏👏

With £20m being made available by the UK Government in Coatbridge, I visited one of our great local facilities which will benefit from this investment. As well as Summerlee, a whole host of projects across the area will benefit from this money.
